### ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and competitive Insurance Sales Closer to join our growing team in New Jersey. As a Closer at Velaz Agency you will work with pre-qualified appointments generated by our own call center — your job is to present, connect, and close.

### WHAT YOU WILL DO

-   Meet with pre-qualified prospects who have already been scheduled by our call center
-   Present life insurance solutions based on the client's needs and situation
-   Build trust, handle objections, and close policies
-   Follow up with prospects and existing clients
-   Track your activity and results in our CRM system
-   Participate in daily training, role play, and coaching sessions
-   Work toward monthly production targets and contract level milestones
-   Grow into a mentor and leader as you develop within the agency

## Requirements

### WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

-   Must be eligible to work in the United States.
-   Sales experience in any industry — solar, roofing, retail, auto, real estate, call center, or insurance — preferred.
-   Ability to build trust quickly, handle objections confidently, and close sales face to face preferred.
-   Coachable — willing to follow a proven system and take feedback — with experience working within a defined sales process preferred.
-   Experience following up with prospects or existing clients preferred.
-   Basic experience using a CRM system preferred.
-   Life insurance license preferred — unlicensed candidates with strong sales backgrounds will be considered and fully supported through the licensing process.
