We’re looking for a **high-energy, results-driven sales professional** to join our team. You’ll educate homeowners, generate leads, and guide clients through a seamless solar sales process. Whether door-to-door, following up on referrals, or closing appointments, your **earning potential and career growth are unlimited**.  
  

As a **Renewable Energy Sales Specialist**, you’ll:

-   Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, incentives, and savings.
-   Generate and qualify leads through referrals, networking, and community outreach.
-   Present tailored solar solutions, handle questions, and close contracts.
-   Collaborate with a high-performing team to exceed sales goals.

## Requirements

-   1+ year of door-to-door (D2D) or in-home sales experience.
-   Comfortable in a **100% commission-based** role.
-   Self-starter with a competitive, go-getter attitude.
-   Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
-   Tech-savvy with access to a tablet or laptop.
-   Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus!
