**About the Opportunity:**

We’re proud to be working as the internal recruitment partner for our client – a world-class organisation providing advanced manufacturing solutions for the aerospace sector. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Goods Inwards, Stores & Despatch Operative** to join the team in Romford.

**What you’ll be doing:**

-   Receiving and accurately storing finished manufactured parts.
-   Ensuring all stock is processed correctly on the MRP system.
-   Picking and packing customer orders with precision and care.
-   Preparing outbound shipments with the correct documentation.
-   Coordinating collections with approved couriers.
-   Carrying out stock checks and maintaining a tidy, organised stores area.
-   Working closely with colleagues and couriers to ensure smooth operations.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a keen willingness to learn; no previous experience is required as full training can be provided.

**The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:**

-   A strong work ethic and a proactive, positive attitude.
-   High attention to detail with great organisational skills.
-   Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
-   Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
-   Previous experience in stores, despatch or goods inwards is desirable (but not essential – full training is provided).
-   Familiarity with MRP systems would be an advantage.
-   Must live within commuting distance of Romford.
