We’re now looking for a passionate **Talent Acquisition Manager** to join our dynamic team in **Istanbul**. This is an **on-site role**, requiring you to work **5 days a week** from our office in **Levent**.  
  
**Responsibilities**

-   **Manage** the end-to-end recruiting process, ensuring a state-of-the-art recruitment journey.
-   **Identify, approach, and guide** candidates throughout the hiring process (including active sourcing and interviewing) to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
-   **Develop** tailored, target-group-specific sourcing strategies to attract top talent for our open requisitions.
-   **Build** strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., hiring managers, the HR team, and external agencies) to ensure a superior hiring experience.
-   **Monitor and evaluate** sourcing trends and recruiting KPIs to deliver and continuously improve a high-quality recruitment process.
-   **Oversee** all administrative processes related to recruitment.

## Requirements

-   2+ years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing, paired with expertise in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews.
-   Familiarity with common sourcing and ATS tools (such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable) and an eagerness to learn about new HR trends and innovations.
-   Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to excite and inspire candidates.
-   A genuine passion for working with people, enthusiasm for talent acquisition, and a positive, engaging communication style.
