**Venergy Marine Management LTD.** is a dynamic, privately-owned shipping company headquartered in Piraeus, Greece. Operating a growing fleet of modern eco tanker vessels, we are committed to delivering safe, reliable, and efficient maritime transportation services worldwide. 

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a **Crew Operator** who will report directly to the Crew Manager and play an important role in supporting the efficient management of crew operations. 

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** 

-   Coordinate crew changes, including travel arrangements, visas, tickets, port agents and joining/repatriation logistics. 

-   Support crew planning and monitor crew rotations to ensure timely and appropriate vessel manning. 

-   Organize online interviews, briefing and debriefing sessions for seafarers of all nationalities. 

-   Coordinate joining formalities, visas, flag endorsements and other required documentation in cooperation with port and manning agents. 

-   Support pre-employment arrangements, including visa applications and certification requirements. 

-   Verify and monitor seafarers' certificates, licenses, medicals, training records and other documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements. 

-   Maintain accurate and up-to-date seafarers' records in the Crew Management System. 

-   Monitor the validity and timely renewal of crew documentation and certification. 

-   Ensure the timely forwarding of crew-related documents and information to vessels. 

-   Liaise closely with vessels, manning agents and internal departments on crew-related operational matters. 

-   Support the development and coordination of training plans, including onboard and ashore training of seafarers. 

-   Support the collection and follow-up of crew performance evaluations and identified training and development needs. 

-   Assist in the preparation of crew-related reports, statistics and operational information. 

-   Support the Crew Manager in maintaining compliance with applicable MLC, STCW, Flag State and Company requirements. 

**CANDIDATE PROFILE** 

-   Bachelor's degree in Shipping, Maritime Studies, Business Administration or a related field. 

-   Master's degree will be considered an advantage. 

-   Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the shipping sector. 

-   Very good command of written and spoken English. 

-   Good knowledge of MS Office applications and strong digital literacy. 

-   Familiarity with Danaos Crew module will be considered an advantage. 

-   Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail. 

-   High sense of responsibility and ability to manage multiple priorities. 

-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

-   Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with seafarers, vessels, agents and internal stakeholders.
