**VIANEX S.A.**, the leading Greek pharmaceutical company, is looking to hire an **Analytical Development & Validation Manager** for its state-of-the-art **R&D Center, based in Patras**.

**About the Role**

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading analytical development and validation activities throughout the pharmaceutical development process, providing scientific and technical expertise and ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines, regulations and quality standards.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Design, lead and oversee the development of analytical methods for investigational products across various pharmaceutical forms.
-   Lead formulation stability activities for developmental finished products.
-   Provide scientific and technical expertise throughout the development phase, supporting the identification of root causes, risk assessment and implementation of scientifically justified solutions to analytical and formulation-related challenges.
-   Analyze, interpret and report analytical data throughout the different stages of product development.
-   Design, author and oversee the validation of analytical methods, ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines and regulatory requirements and adherence to agreed timelines.
-   Collaborate closely with the analytical team to identify, investigate and resolve quality-related issues.
-   Provide scientific expertise, technical guidance and mentoring to analysts involved in analytical method development and validation activities.
-   Identify and implement opportunities for the optimization and improvement of analytical methodologies.
-   Review and approve analytical and technical reports, SOPs and other relevant documentation.

**Qualifications & Experience**

-   Bachelor’s Degree in **Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field**. An MSc or PhD in a relevant field will be considered an additional advantage.
-   **5–7 years of relevant professional experience** in analytical method development and validation, with a proven track record in a similar position or in roles involving comparable responsibilities.
-   Demonstrated experience in leading analytical development activities.
-   Strong knowledge of analytical methodologies and practical application of different chromatographic techniques.
