## Description

At VICTUS Networks, we operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment, delivering high-quality technology solutions. We are looking for a motivated Procurement Assistant to support our procurement team in daily operations.

### Job Description

In this role, you will support the procurement function by handling day-to-day purchasing activities, focusing on creating Purchase Orders (POs), tracking contracts, and coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely and accurate manner
-   Monitor and follow up on contracts, deliveries, and supplier commitments
-   Maintain procurement data and ensure records are accurate and up to date
-   Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, delivery timelines, and documentation
-   Support RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes and basic supplier evaluations
-   Prepare simple reports (order status, open POs)
-   Collaborate with internal teams to resolve procurement issues
-   Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
-   Support resolution of order or contract discrepancies

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Skills

### Essential

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
-   Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
-   Basic understanding of procurement processes
-   Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal teams such as finance, operations, or engineering
-   Fluent in Greek
-   Eligible to work in Greece

### Nice to Have

-   Experience or internship in procurement or supply chain
-   Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
