They are now seeking to hire a **Digital Designer** to support their ongoing digital production and eCommerce workflows. This role plays a critical part in creating high-quality artwork, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring efficient asset delivery across digital channels.

### **Job Responsibilities**

### **Design and Asset Creation**

-   Create and update digital marketing artwork and eCommerce product images
-   Translate creative briefs into accurate visual assets that align with brand standards
-   Apply sound design judgement to scaling visual hierarchy form and layout consistency
-   Maintain high design standards to ensure accuracy and reduce the need for rework

### **Systems and Workflow Optimisation**

-   Upload and maintain digital assets within CMS and DAM platforms
-   Collaborate with marketing and product teams to streamline production workflows
-   Leverage approved AI tools to support asset production while maintaining human oversight
-   Identify continuous improvements to enhance digital workflow efficiency and output quality

## Requirements

-   Must meet the minimum device specification of a MacBook with 16GB RAM and a 512GB SSD
-   Demonstrated experience in digital design graphic design or digital asset production
-   Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design fundamentals layout skills and attention to detail
-   Advanced proficiency in professional design software
-   Intermediate to advanced experience working with Content Management Systems
-   Practical experience or strong capability using Digital Asset Management systems

### **Nice-to-Have Skills**

-   Experience in retail eCommerce or fast-paced digital marketing environments
-   Experience managing high-volume repeatable digital design tasks
-   Relevant tertiary qualifications in graphic design or digital media
-   Familiarity using AI-assisted tools within professional design workflows
-   Experience using design and communication tools such as Figma Adobe Photoshop Slack and MS Teams
