## Description

VirtueStaff is seeking a sharp, customer-focused Sales Appointment Coordinator to drive showroom traffic for our client's dealership. In this role, your primary objective is to turn inbound calls and web inquiries into confirmed in-person dealership appointments. You won't just be answering phones, you will be "selling the appointment" by building instant rapport, capturing customer information, answering vehicle inquiries, and managing inventory details across our software platforms. The ideal candidate has direct experience in the auto sales industry and is fluent with dealer software platforms like DealerCenter and GoHighLevel.

### Responsibilities

-   Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, qualify buyer leads, and strategically "sell the appointment" to drive prospective buyers into the showroom
-   Gather customer information, coordinate schedules, book dealership visits, and execute timely follow-up reminders to minimize no-shows
-   Maintain accurate vehicle inventory information and update customer records across our core software platforms
-   Ensure lead status, communication logs, and appointment details are logged accurately inside our CRM and dealer management platforms

## Requirements

-   Proven experience working inside the auto sales industry (Dealership BDC, Internet Sales, or Service Scheduling)
-   Outstanding phone etiquette, strong active listening skills, and the persuasive ability to overcome objections and lock in appointments
-   Methodical approach to updating vehicle details and customer logs during busy call shifts
-   Hands-on experience with DealerCenter (or direct, transferable experience with equivalent dealership DMS/CRMs like VinSolutions or AutoSoft)
-   Proficiency using GoHighLevel (GHL) for lead tracking, pipeline management, or automated communications
