## Description

VirtueStaff is seeking an Automation Specialist to build backend workflows and software connections for a virtual assistant and administrative support company. This role translates efficiency concepts into practical, streamlined solutions by linking software applications, configuring multi-step workflow automations, and reducing manual operational tasks.

### Responsibilities

-   Develop and maintain automated workflows and cross-platform integrations to convert operational concepts into functional solutions
-   Build, configure, and optimize automations within GoHighLevel
-   Manage integrations, forms, and custom web elements across WordPress websites and third-party plugins
-   Connect project management workflows in Teamwork with communication and productivity tools in Google Workspace
-   Monitor, troubleshoot, and test existing automated workflows to ensure continuous operational reliability

## Requirements

-   Proven experience building workflows and backend automations
-   Hands-on proficiency configuring automations inside GoHighLevel
-   Working knowledge of WordPress site management, configuration, and plugin integrations.
-   Proficiency with Google Workspace and Teamwork project management software
-   Strong verbal and written English communication skills for operational coordination
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic abilities to troubleshoot integration breaks
