## Description

VirtueStaff is seeking a high energy, versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation and brand authority through paid media and organic social content for our client. In this role, you will own the full social lifecycle, from crafting eye-catching organic posts in Canva to building, launching, and optimizing high-converting ad campaigns across major paid media platforms. Utilizing analytics and SEO/keyword tools like SEMrush, you will develop data-driven organic and paid media strategies tailored to attract home buyers, commercial clients, or homeowners. Prior experience in the construction or home services space is highly preferred.

### Responsibilities

-   Strategy, setup, execution, and continuous optimization of paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, or other key ad networks) to generate qualified leads
-   Ideate, write, and visually design compelling organic social media graphics and short-form assets using Canva
-   Develop comprehensive organic social and paid media strategies that align with company growth goals and sales funnels
-   Utilize tools like SEMrush to conduct keyword research, audit competitor ad strategies, and refine targeting parameters
-   Monitor campaign ROAS, cost-per-lead (CPL), and engagement metrics, reporting key insights and tweaking ad creative/copy to improve performance

## Requirements

-   Direct experience creating content or managing ads for construction companies or home services businesses (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, remodeling, etc.) is strongly preferred
-   Proven experience balancing both sides of digital marketing: creative visual content creation and analytical paid media performance
-   Deep understanding of paid media funnels (top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion) and ad targeting mechanics
-   High proficiency in Canva for rapid digital asset design
-   Hands-on experience with SEMrush (or similar tools like Ahrefs/SpyFu) for keyword and ad research
-   Native proficiency inside major ad managers (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.) and core social platforms
