## Description

Our client is seeking a **passionate and results-driven Entrepreneurial Coach** to join their remote team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of **40 founders**, guiding them through proven systems for audience growth and brand building. Your primary focus will be to help founders achieve **breakthrough results within 90 days.**

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct **25 weekly coaching calls**, providing strategic guidance, accountability, and motivation.
-   Support founders in implementing growth strategies to reach **$20K+ in monthly revenue within their first 90 days**.
-   Foster **community engagement** by celebrating wins, maintaining high activity levels, and ensuring milestone achievement via the their platform.
-   Track and report key success metrics, including **TrustPilot reviews, case studies, and client success stories**.
-   Collaborate with the internal team to continuously optimize the founder journey.

## Requirements

### **Requirements:**

-   **South Africa-based candidate** available to work **UK hours (12 PM - 8 PM SAST).**
-   **3+ years of experience** in **Client Success, Account Management, or Coaching.**
-   Exceptional **communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.**
-   A **charismatic and engaging presence**—comfortable leading coaching-style conversations.
-   Ability to **motivate, challenge, and drive clients toward measurable outcomes.**
-   Experience in a **high-growth environment** with a strong track record of delivering client success.
