Vision Ford Lincoln is seeking skilled and dedicated Service Technicians to join our dealership's growing service department. **Ask us about our $4000 sign on bonus!** You will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers’ vehicles are running at peak performance, performing both routine maintenance and advanced repairs. As a vital part of our team, we'll support your growth and development while empowering you to deliver exceptional service every day.

### 🔍 Key Responsibilities

-   🛠 Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, ensuring high-quality standards  
    
-   ⚙️ Utilize factory diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex vehicle systems  
    
-   📅 Work closely with service advisors to provide clear, accurate estimates  
    
-   🧼 Maintain a clean and organized work area  
    
-   ✅ Continuously update skills and knowledge on Ford & Lincoln products

## Requirements

-   🧑‍🔧 2+ years of automotive service experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus)  
    
-   🚘 Valid driver’s license with a clean record  
    
-   🛠 Basic tools are required; specialty tools provided by the dealership  
    
-   📘 Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills  
    
-   🔒 Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety  
    
-   🏅 ASE and/or manufacturer certifications preferred  
    
-   💻 Experience with dealer management software systems is an advantage
