## Description

**Role Purpose**

**The Videographer is responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content for digital, broadcast, and social media platforms. The role ensures content is visually compelling, aligns with creative vision, and meets production standards.**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Video Production**

-   **Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for video shoots**
-   **Capture high-quality video content for projects, events, and campaigns**
-   **Ensure footage meets technical and creative standards**

**Editing & Post-Production**

-   **Edit video content, including cutting, color grading, and sound mixing**
-   **Add graphics, titles, and effects as required**
-   **Ensure final video output aligns with creative vision and brand guidelines**

**Content Collaboration**

-   **Work closely with producers, content creators, and creative teams**
-   **Contribute ideas for storytelling, shot composition, and visual style**
-   **Align video content with project objectives and audience needs**

**Equipment & Technical Management**

-   **Maintain cameras, lenses, and other production equipment**
-   **Troubleshoot technical issues during shoots and post-production**
-   **Ensure all equipment is properly stored and ready for use**

**Innovation & Trend Awareness**

-   **Stay updated on video production trends, tools, and techniques**
-   **Experiment with new filming and editing techniques to enhance content quality**
-   **Suggest improvements to video production workflows**

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

-   **Quality, creativity, and timeliness of video output**
-   **Alignment of videos with project objectives and brand guidelines**
-   **Audience engagement and feedback**

## Requirements

-   **Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field**
-   **2–5 years of experience in videography or video production**
-   **Strong portfolio of video work demonstrating technical and creative skills**
-   **Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.)**
