### About the Role

As Project Lead for Visioneers, you will own the end-to-end delivery of flagship, multi-brand initiatives — coordinating across our portfolio including New Media Academy, ArabCast, Wasl, Al Mal Channel, and Emirates Loves.

This is a high-visibility role sitting within the Business Development function, supporting the commercial pipeline and ensuring that won mandates are delivered to the standard that retains and grows client relationships.

### What You'll Own

\-Lead group-wide projects from scoping and resource planning through to final delivery and client sign-off, across multiple concurrent workstreams

\-Act as the single point of accountability between institutional clients (government entities, ministries, strategic partners), internal brand teams, and external vendors  
\-Build and maintain master project plans and reporting dashboards for leadership visibility

\-Manage project budgets end-to-end, including milestone tracking, PO issuance, and vendor payment coordination with Finance and Procurement

\-Facilitate cross-functional alignment across content, production, creator, and digital teams — removing blockers and escalating risks proactively

\-Represent Visioneers in client-facing project governance meetings with professionalism and cultural fluency.

## Requirements

•       5–8 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in media, creative, events, or government communications

•       Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder projects with institutional or government clients in the UAE

•       Confident operating in ambiguity — able to build structure where none exists

•       Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken); bilingual client communication is a daily requirement

•       Proficient in project management tools; comfortable with Microsoft tools and software
