We don't bolt AI onto broken workflows; we redesign them with AI at the core. **Role** As a Platform Engineering Director, you will lead the design, build, and evolution of Visium's client-facing AI and Data platform capabilities. You are the technical authority and delivery lead for our most complex platform programs — the person who ensures that what we build is not only technically excellent but also adoptable, scalable, and genuinely transformative. You will directly manage forward-deployed platform engineering teams, drive platform strategy across engagements, and act as a trusted technical advisor to senior client stakeholders. You bring hands-on depth in the modern data and AI platform stack, from infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD to cloud architecture and production AI use cases, combined with the leadership presence and commercial instinct to grow accounts and inspire teams. **As a Platform Engineering Director, you will work on** - Architect and lead the delivery of complex AI and Data platform programs, spanning cloud infrastructure design, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC, from initial scoping through to production deployment.
