We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join our high-performing QA team.

## Requirements

**What You'll Be Doing**

-   Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in compliance with GMP standards.
-   Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
-   Collaborate with Production, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and other departments to assist in product registration for cross-border products targeting the GBA region.
-   Oversee and ensure compliance with QA standards in change management processes for product formulations and factory settings.
-   Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and GMP.
-   Manage investigations of quality issues, customer complaints, and product recalls, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
-   Ensure accurate and timely completion of quality documentation and records.
-   Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance in supplement manufacturing.

**Who we’re looking for**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
-   Familiar with **PIC/s GMP Standard**. A PIC/s GMP background would be good, but it is not compulsory.
-   A minimum of  **7 years** of experience in a **quality assurance managerial** role, with GBA exposure experience will be an advantageous.
-   Strong knowledge of QA processes, customer feedback handling, and complaint investigation.
-   Proficiency in occupational health and safety regulations and accreditation standards.
-   Excellent leadership and team management skills.            
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-   Excellent Chinese & English written and verbal communication skills.
-   Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and other relevant software.
