**What You'll Be Doing**

-   Develop and prepare quarterly supply plans based on historical sales and forecasts.
-   Collaborate with the Demand Planner and Materials Planner to integrate demand and supply plans effectively.
-   Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure availability and minimize stockouts.
-   Create and maintain accurate records of supply chain activities and performance metrics.
-   Identify and implement strategies for continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
-   Participate in inventory reconciliation and reporting activities.
-   Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding supply issues and opportunities.

## Requirements

**Who We’re Looking For**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
-   A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning or a related role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or health supplements industry.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
-   Proficient in demand forecasting tools and inventory management software.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
-   Familiarity with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
