**Position Overview**  
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Registered Pharmacist** to join our team for GMP Compliance Project. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a newly registered pharmacist to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality control. Under the guidance of experienced **Authorized Persons (APs)** and industry professionals, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with **Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)** standards at our **Tai Po site**, with free shuttle services provided for convenience.

**Key Competencies to Develop**

-   In-depth understanding of **GMP principles** and compliance requirements.
-   Practical experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality control processes.
-   Familiarity with **Hong Kong pharmaceutical laws** and administrative processes.
-   Ability to support and eventually lead audits, inspections, and batch certifications.  
    

**What You'll Be Doing**

-   Assist in ensuring that pharmaceutical products are manufactured and checked in compliance with **GMP standards**.
-   Support the **Authorized Person (AP)** in certifying and releasing batches of pharmaceutical products, ensuring adherence to registered particulars.
-   Gain practical exposure to quality control processes, including sampling, analysis, and documentation.
-   Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)**, batch records, and validation protocols.
-   Participate in **GMP audits**, process improvements, and compliance activities as directed by the AP or senior management.
-   Develop a working knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and administrative procedures in Hong Kong.
-   Support day-to-day manufacturing and quality assurance activities, learning to identify and resolve issues effectively.
-   Undergo structured training on regulatory compliance, GMP principles, and pharmaceutical production.

## Requirements

**Who We're Looking For**

**Education:**

-   Must be a **Registered Pharmacist** in Hong Kong (or eligible for registration).

**Skills & Attributes:**

-   Strong interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
-   Excellent **attention to detail** and **organizational skills**.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within a team.
-   Eager to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
