As we expand our business, we are searching for a dynamic **Social Media & PR Coordinator** to be part our marketing blueprint.

**Position Overview**

We're looking for a social media & PR Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This is a hands-on role, spanning content creation, PR and influencer management. You'll work closely with the Social & Community Specialist and broader marketing team to bring campaigns to life across organic, paid and earned channels.

The ideal candidate is a creative all-rounder who's comfortable in front of and behind the camera, has a sharp eye for on-brand content and is excited about building relationships with creators, media and brand partners.

## Requirements

**What You'll Do**

**Content & Social Media**

-   Assist in creating and scheduling content across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
-   Support the development of engaging, on-brand content across organic and paid channels
-   Create and edit short-form video content using tools such as CapCut and similar platforms
-   Edit creator and UGC creation into platform-ready assets with hooks, captions and on-brand graphics
-   Leverage AI tools to support content ideation, caption writing and asset generation

**PR & Communications**

-   Assist in the coordination and execution of PR campaigns and product launches
-   Manage media lists, outreach and sample send-outs
-   Track coverage and compile PR reports and results
-   Support press events, launches and brand activations

**Influencer & Creator Management**

-   Identify and research relevant influencers and content creators
-   Assist with outreach, negotiations, and relationship management
-   Coordinate gifting, paid partnerships, and campaign deliverables
-   Create and execute briefs for creators to obtain on-brand, relevant content
-   Track performance metrics and compile campaign reports
-   Maintain influencer database and communications

**Partnerships & Collaborations**

-   Assist in coordinating co-branded campaigns and partnership activations
-   Manage timelines, deliverables, and communications with partners
-   Help track partnership performance and prepare recap reports

**Administration & Coordination**

-   Manage product inventory for PR and influencer seeding
-   Assist with campaign timelines and project tracking
-   Support cross-functional collaboration with marketing, eCommerce, and creative teams
-   Assist the Social Media Manager with filming when needed — comfort in front of and behind the camera is essential

**Who We're Looking For**

-   12-18months experience in social media, PR, influencer marketing or a related field (internships and content creators considered)
-   Proficiency in short-form video editing tools (CapCut or similar)
-   Hands-on experience with AI-assisted content creation tools
-   Strong written communication and copywriting skills
-   Confident on camera and creating UGC-style content
-   Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple campaigns
-   A genuine interest in beauty, skincare and the creator economy
-   Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
-   Bonus: experience with influencer platforms, PR tracking tools or Meta Ads Manager
