## Requirements

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our team in various people-related initiatives, including onboarding coordination, data management, and employee engagement activities. This role is ideal for students who are passionate about Human Resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Assist in new joiner preparation from pre-onboarding to onboarding processes
-   Provide administrative support, including data entry, document filing, and verification of employee information
-   Support employee engagement initiatives, including promotion material design and internal communications
-   Assist with other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned

**Who We're Looking For**

-   Undergraduate students in their final or penultimate year
-   Preferably majoring in Human Resources Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or other Business-related disciplines
-   Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   A team player with a strong interest in people-related matters
-   Immediate availability is highly preferred
-   Able to commit at least 2–3 full working days per week
