**Position Overview**

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced production environment, assisting the Production Manager in organizing, monitoring, and improving day-to-day operations. You will be a key player in ensuring production efficiency, quality compliance, and the successful preparation for Phase II operations, contributing to the setup of new lines and systems.

This is a hands-on opportunity to deepen your operational and **on-site management**​ expertise, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and drive tangible improvements in a growing organization.  
  
  
**What You'll Be Doing**

-   Assist the Production Head in organizing and coordinating daily production activities and on-site operations.
-   Build, implement, and maintain **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** to enhance operational efficiency.
-   Provide hands-on **on-site support and leadership**​ to the production team, applying people management skills to maintain a safe, motivated, and efficient workforce.
-   Support project-based activities, including the preparation and setup of new machinery for New Site - **Phase II operations**.
-   Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution and production line transitions.
-   Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**.
-   Provide on-site support to the production team and demonstrate people management skills to maintain a motivated and efficient workforce.
-   Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and innovation.

## Requirements

**Who We're Looking For**

-   Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Production Management, or a related discipline.
-   **5 years or above experience** in a production or manufacturing environment, with 2 years or above experience in managerial position
-   Prior experience with **GMP, ISO 22000, HACCP, or ISO 13485 standards** is highly preferred.
-   On-site people management skills are a plus.
-   Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
-   Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-   A proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.
