**Position Overview**

We are seeking an outstanding recent graduate with a top degree in Biochemistry or Biology, hands-on experience in cell, bacterial, or animal-based lab techniques, and — above all — a strong passion for learning. You will support clinical trial activities and manage external research collaborations, growing with our team while contributing directly to innovative projects in a unique and supportive environment.

**What You'll Be Doing**

-   Conduct essential laboratory research using cell, bacterial, and/or animal models under the mentorship of senior scientists.
-   Execute experiments, document data accurately, and assist in analysis to advance ongoing research projects.
-   Maintain lab equipment, prepare reagents, and comply with strict safety and operational protocols.
-   Actively participate in team meetings, share insights, and engage in knowledge-sharing activities.
-   Embrace rapid skill development and acquire domain-specific expertise in line with our business needs.

## Requirements

**Who We're Looking For**

-   A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or higher degree in Biochemistry, Biology, or a related life sciences field.
-   Experience in laboratory animal handling and disease model development is a strong plus.
-   Proven ability to design and perform studies using cell, bacterial, or animal models.
-   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Cantonese is an advantage.
-   Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
