**Key Responsibilities** 

-   **Project Design:** Create and maintain comprehensive plans for manufacturing and NPD projects. 

-   **Team Synergy:** Drive seamless collaboration across all cross-functional teams—including Commercial, R&D, QA, QC, Production, Procurement, and Logistics—to ensure every deliverable meets requirements. 

-   **Portfolio Control:** Oversee project phasing, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies. 

-   **Performance Tracking:** Proactively monitor progress, eliminate roadblocks, and provide high-level updates to stakeholders. 

-   **Process Improvement:** Continuously review and re-engineer workflows to optimize the product lifecycle and supply strategy.

## Requirements

-   **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 
-   **Professional Qualification:** Candidates with PMP or equivalent qualification would be advantageous..

-   **Experience:** Proven success in managing projects, including New Product Development (NPD) cycles. 

-   **Communication:** Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to align diverse stakeholders and bridge gaps between technical and commercial teams. 

-   **Initiative:** A proactive self-starter who identifies risks early and takes independent action to keep projects on track. 

-   **Languages:** Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. 

-   **Technical:** Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
