# Psychotherapy Operations Manager > Vitae Health Systems · Park Ridge, United States (Hybrid) · Full-time · Posted 2026-09-02 **Salary:** USD 85,000–100,000 **Workplace:** hybrid **Department:** Psychotherapy ## Description ### **Position Overview** We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Psychotherapy Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations for an assigned caseload of psychotherapists within our Psychotherapy team, who are placed on-site at skilled nursing and assisted living facilities across our footprint. This role is ideal for a proven operations or business leader who understands the unique demands of a healthcare or clinical services environment.
