**Experience Required:** 

\-1 year of skilled home health experience 

\-EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop)

**License Required:** 

\-WA and OR

**Certifications Required:** 

\-BLS

**On Call Req:** No

**Other:** You are expected to have your own transportation and submit valid car insurance. Mileage will be reimbursed. You will be grouped to have a maximum radius of approximately 60 miles.
