Registered Nurse (Travel) - Med Surg Neuro - Wilmington, NC  
  
VitalHire is hiring a travel Registered Nurse (Med Surg Neuro) for an acute care hospital in Wilmington, NC.  
  
Contract details  
\- Weekly pay: $2,099/wk  
\- Stipend: includes a housing and meals stipend of up to $1,526/wk where eligible (GSA FY2027 max for this location)  
\- Shift: Night (3x12 Hours) 18:45 7:15  
\- Duration: 13 weeks  
\- Start date: 11/16/2026  
\- Openings: 3  
  
About the assignment  
\- ACLS, CPI, & NIHSS preferred  
\- 2 years of experience required  
\- Weekend Requirement: 12-16 weekend shifts per contract  
\- Ratios: 1:5-6  
\- Pyxis, SBAR, & EPIC  
\- Overtime: 40 total hours in 1 week: 1%  
  
Requirements  
\- Active RN license for NC (compact accepted where applicable) and the Med Surg Neuro specialty  
\- 2+ years of recent Med Surg Neuro experience  
\- BLS and ACLS
