**Experience:** 1 year of RN experience (long-term care or sub-acute preferred)

**License:** Active and unencumbered Maryland RN or compact license

**Certifications:** BLS

**Job Duties & Responsibilities:**

-   Provide skilled nursing care to long-term care and sub-acute rehab residents
-   Administer medications and treatments, including wound care, per physician orders
-   Assess residents, update care plans and communicate changes to the physician and family
-   Supervise and delegate to LPNs and GNAs/CNAs on the unit; document accurately

## Requirements

-   Must have 1 year of RN experience, long-term care or sub-acute preferred
-   Active and unencumbered Maryland RN or compact license
-   Active BLS Certification (AHA only)
-   Negative TB within last 12 months
-   Hep B Series or Titer
-   MMR Series or Titer
-   Tdap Vaccine within last 10 years or Titer
-   Varicella Series or Titer
