Social Worker (Travel) - LMSW - Edmonds, WA  
  
VitalHire is hiring a travel Social Worker (LMSW) for an acute care hospital in Edmonds, WA.  
  
Contract details  
\- Weekly pay: $2,139/wk  
\- Stipend: includes a housing and meals stipend of up to $1,442/wk where eligible (GSA FY2027 max for this location)  
\- Shift: Day (5x8 Hours) 8:00 16:30  
\- Duration: 13 weeks  
\- Start date: 11/16/2026  
\- Openings: 1  
  
About the assignment  
\- 2 Yr Experience  
\- MUST HAVE ACUTE CARE/MED SURG EXPERIENCE- looking for acute care experience with high caseload on fast paced unit and ideally a candidate who is familiar with Washington  
\- Schedule: 5x8s- Primarily Mon-Frid, but must be willing to cover some weekends  
\- Holidays: Expectation is to work 1 of 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)  
\- Overtime: 40 total hours in 1 week: 1.3%  
  
Requirements  
\- Active license/certification for WA (compact accepted where applicable) and the LMSW specialty  
\- 2+ years of recent LMSW experience  
\- Active LMSW license for the state, BLS if required
