## Description

Full-time | Permanent / Direct Hire | $124,000 – $179,000 per year

Take the helm of a physician-partnered, accredited ambulatory surgery center in Honolulu focused on GI/endoscopy and orthopedic procedures. We're seeking a Surgery Center Administrator (ASC Administrator / Ambulatory Surgery Center Director / Endoscopy Center Administrator) to run day-to-day operations, drive financial performance and build strong physician partnerships. This is an on-site leadership role; candidates must currently reside in Hawaii.

## Requirements

**What You'll Do**

-   Direct all center operations: administrative, clinical support and business office functions
-   Act as the key link between the governing board, medical staff, center leadership and corporate support teams
-   Keep the center survey-ready: regulatory, accreditation, quality, infection control and patient safety standards
-   Build and manage operating, staffing and capital budgets; track KPIs and mitigate operational risk
-   Lead hiring, performance management and workforce planning for the care team
-   Support physician relations, credentialing and medical staff coordination
-   Negotiate and oversee vendor, service and physician contracts
-   Champion quality improvement and an outstanding patient experience
-   Spot growth opportunities in service lines, case volume and operational efficiency

**What You Bring**

-   Bachelor's degree (healthcare administration, business, nursing or related; MBA/MHA/RN a plus)
-   2–5+ years of ASC leadership, or hospital surgical/OR leadership with ASC exposure
-   Endoscopy/GI center experience strongly preferred
-   Solid grasp of surgical-center finance, compliance and accreditation
-   A hands-on, collaborative, accountable leadership style; occasional travel
