Respiratory Therapist (Travel) - RRT - Winston-Salem, NC

VitalHire is hiring a travel Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for an acute care hospital in Winston-Salem, NC.

Contract details

\- Weekly pay: $1,666/wk

\- Stipend: includes a housing and meals stipend of up to $1,267/wk where eligible (GSA FY2027 max for this location)

\- Shift: Night (4x12 Hours) 18:45 7:15

\- Duration: 13 weeks

\- Start date: 12/7/2026

About the assignment

\- Minimum Years of Experience: Minimum Experience Required: 2 years.

\- Traveler Experience: Unit Accepts first-time Traveler: YES.

\- Work Setting Experience Required: ER, Adult ICU, Med/Surg and ICU/Stepdown

\- Respiratory Care Experience Required: Airway management, Medication Administration, Vent Management, ABGs, O2 Therapy, Suction, Pulmonary Toileting, Nebulizer, BiPAP, CPA

\- EPIC Experience is REQUIRED.

\- Certs: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NC License and RRT Credentials

\- Overtime: 40 total hours in 1 week: 1%

Requirements

\- Active license/certification for NC (compact accepted where applicable) and the RRT specialty

\- 2+ years of recent RRT experience

\- RRT credential (NBRC), state RCP license, BLS and ACLS
