## Requirements

-   Must have 2 years of OR experience within the last 5 years
-   Must have 2 years of pediatric experience
-   Must have 1 year of Epic experience
-   Active and unencumbered CA RN license
-   Active BLS Certification (AHA only)
-   Active ALCS Certification
-   Active PALS Certification
-   Annual Physical within last 12 months
-   Negative TB within last 12 months
-   Hep B Series or Titer
-   MMR Series or Titer
-   Tdap Vaccine within last 10 years or Titer
-   Varicella Series or Titer
