Locum Tenens - Family Medicine NP/PA

Location: Washington State

Position Overview: Our team at Vitaly Health is looking for a Family Medicine NP/PA to join our Medical Center on a three months Locum Tenens basis, with a start date of July 2026. The role involves scheduled clinical hours only, seeing an average of seventeen (17) patients per shift in an outpatient setting. Come join us in providing quality care to our community!

## Requirements

-   Board Certified
-   Licensed in Washington State
-   FPNP or UC Background Experience Required
-   No Certifications are Required
-   Fellowship Status Preferred
-   EPIC Preferred
