**The Role**

We are looking for a **Corporate Banking Relationship Manager** to join our Corporate Lending team. This is a **hands-on, end-to-end role** within a fast-paced fintech bank. You will combine relationship management with credit underwriting, taking ownership of the entire lending lifecycle.

**Responsibilities:** 

-   Build and manage relationships with corporate and project finance clients, as well as internal referral channels;
-   Identify, assess and structure financing opportunities in line with the Bank's credit policy and risk appetite;
-   Prepare and own credit proposals, including financial analysis, credit assessment and lending recommendations;
-   Present credit proposals to the relevant approval authorities and exercise delegated lending authority where applicable;
-   Coordinate internal stakeholders throughout the approval, documentation and execution process;
-   Deliver an excellent client experience while balancing commercial objectives with prudent credit management.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field;
-   At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Corporate Lending, Project Finance, Credit Risk or a similar corporate financing environment;
-   Strong relationship management and corporate credit analysis skills;
-   Experience in preparing and presenting credit proposals;
-   Sound understanding of financial analysis, lending structures and credit risk principles;
-   Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills;
-   Excellent command of English.
