Vivo Energy Madagascar is a leading energy company dedicated to providing high-quality products to our customers. We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Lubricant Supply Planner to drive end-to-end supply planning for our finished lubricants business.

**Job Purpose**

The Lubricant Supply Planner drives end-to-end supply chain planning for finished lubricants — optimizing inventory, coordinating international import operations, and processing import invoices to ensure seamless product availability while minimizing transportation costs.

**Key Accountabilities**

-   Analyse business forecasts, plan supply requirements, generate and manage import purchase orders, and monitor shipments from dispatch to port of arrival.
-   Coordinate end-to-end import activities, oversee cargo insurance, and process supplier or carrier claims for damaged or lost cargo.
-   Manage lubricant stock receipts and product availability, optimizing stock transfers and coverage to prevent shortages or overstocking.
-   Track stock health through weekly and fortnightly monitoring of stock-holding levels, reporting to key stakeholders.
-   Conduct inventory audits, reconcile stock levels, and execute month-end stock closures in enterprise systems.
-   Audit and process import invoices, ensuring financial accuracy while reducing transportation, logistics and carrying costs.
-   Contribute to S& OP: compile and analyse lubricants KPIs (volume, cost), flag supply risks, and build projections with the Supply Manager.

## Requirements

**Qualifications**

-   Master's degree in Logistics, Management, Engineering or a related field.
-   Experience in petroleum supply chain logistics.
-   Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
-   Ability to manage crises with agility, and to collaborate across functions.
-   Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP) and data/financial analytics tools (advanced Excel or Power BI).
-   Professional working proficiency in French and English.
