Vivo Energy Madagascar is a leading energy company dedicated to providing high-quality products to our customers. We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Fuel Supply Planner to plan and execute fuel supply across our national depot network.

**Job Purpose**

The Fuel Supply Planner plans and executes all product movements across our depot network, ensuring fuel is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there, while safeguarding supply reliability and cost efficiency nationwide.

**Principal Accountabilities**

-   Manage daily stock movements: reconcile inventory and shipping data, track receipts, plan and execute depot-to-depot transfers, and keep systems accurately updated.
-   Coordinate borrow/loan and exchange requests and manage the reimbursement tracking process.
-   Oversee importation and shipping: reconcile bulk volumes against finance records and manage import logistics in the ASPECT system.
-   Contribute to S&OP: compile and analyse fuel KPIs (volume, cost), flag supply risks, and build projections with the Supply Manager.
-   Review and verify supply, freight and service invoices for accuracy before payment.
-   Support vessel vetting to ensure incoming vessels meet safety and compliance standard.

## Requirements

**Qualifications**

-   Master's degree in Logistics, Management, Engineering or a related field.
-   Experience in oil depot operations and petroleum supply chain logistics.
-   Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
-   Ability to manage crises with agility, and to collaborate across functions.
-   Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP) and data/financial analytics tools (advanced Excel or Power BI).
-   Professional working proficiency in French and English.
