### **Job Purpose:**

-   Manage all Fuel and Lubricant staff at Namdeb VMI.
-   Manage all lubricant handling operations in Namdeb VMIs and support the depot manager when needed.
-   Be the focal point for interactions between Vivo Energy, Namdeb and Namdeb's business partners.
-   Oversee continuous supply of fuel and lubes to the customer and ensure smooth working relationship between customer and Vivo Energy.
-   Drive HSSE performance and culture within the staff in Namdeb VMI.

### **Principal Accountabilities:**

The approved candidate will:

-   Liaison with customer - maintain excellent customer service.
-   Supervision of operators.
-   Fuel Stock Management.
-   Product Quality Control.
-   Safe Operation of Pipeline Receipt.
-   Safe Fueling of Mine Equipment & Bowsers.
-   Equipment Management.
-   Housekeeping.
-   Manage preventive maintenance and repair of fuel systems.
-   Site HSSE Supervision
-   Performs other related duties as required by the Depot Manager.
-   Manage IR and HR issues, conflict management, motivation, team building and performance management.
-   Training and Development of staff.

## Requirements

**Job Knowledge, Skills & Experiences:**

-   Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any technical discipline Level 3 Filter and Turner.
-   4 years' experience working in a fuel depot.
-   At least 1-year supervisory experience.
-   Understanding HSSEQ requirements.
-   Good inter-personal skills to deal with contractors, staff and management.
-   A good SAP background (S4Hanna).
-   Computer Literate.
-   Must be able to communicate fluently with staff.
-   Willingness to work odd hours.
