## Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven **Business Consulting Manager** to lead client engagements, manage key projects, and contribute to strategic business development. This is a high-impact role with significant responsibility and visibility within the company.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Lead the design and development of business plans, viability studies, technical-environmental reports, and financial strategies for client organizations.
-   Supervise the implementation of projects, providing expert guidance and ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
-   Deliver actionable insights and recommendations tailored to client needs, capabilities, and limitations, supported by concise reports and presentations.
-   Evaluate and oversee the identification of new business opportunities, assessing associated risks and ROI potential.
-   Manage a team of consultants and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project execution.
-   Represent the company in client meetings and high-level stakeholder communications.

**Required Qualifications:**

-   University degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field.
-   Proven experience in **management consulting** and/or EU funding programs, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
-   Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework regarding co-financed projects and structural funds.
-   Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
-   Proficient in MS Office; strong writing and analytical skills.
-   Demonstrated **project management and team leadership skills**; highly organized, results-driven, and collaborative.
