We are looking for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with strong real-world experience who can evaluate financial content, identify errors in reasoning, assess accuracy, and help improve the quality of AI-generated outputs.

### **Employment Type** 

Temporary Independent Contractor (1099) 

This is a temporary, short-term independent contractor (1099) opportunity supporting a specialized AI training and evaluation project. 

This engagement is project-based and intended for professionals seeking flexible consulting or contract work. Assignment duration will depend on project requirements, client demand, and business needs.

What You Will Do 

-   Review and evaluate AI-generated financial content. 

-   Assess financial accuracy, logic, and business relevance. 

-   Create and review finance-related prompts, scenarios, and analytical exercises. 

-   Identify errors, unsupported assumptions, and reasoning gaps. 

-   Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance. 

-   Evaluate complex financial concepts and explain findings clearly. 

-   Collaborate with project teams to maintain quality standards. 

-   Meet project deadlines and productivity expectations. 

### **Qualifications** 

Required 

-   Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 

-   Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Investment Banking, Real Estate Finance, FP&A, Quantitative Finance, Corporate Finance, Asset Management, Financial Consulting, or related disciplines. 

-   Strong written English communication skills. 

-   Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking abilities. 

-   Ability to evaluate financial content and clearly explain reasoning. 

-   Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. 

Preferred 

-   CFA Charterholder or CFA Candidate. 

-   CPA, FRM, MBA Finance, Master's in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. 

-   Experience in financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, budgeting, investment analysis, risk management, or quantitative research. 

-   Experience reviewing technical, analytical, or research-based content. 

-   Previous experience with AI training, model evaluation, data annotation, research projects, or knowledge-based work is highly desirable. 

### **Compensation & Engagement** 

-   $35.00–$42.00 per hour 

-   Remote within the United States 

-   Flexible Schedule 

-   Approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project periods 

-   Immediate Start Available 

-   Temporary Short-Term Contract Assignment
