As part of its development **Volton** strengthens its human resources in **Athens or Heraklion Crete** and seeks an **Energy Billing Specialist.**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Energy Billing Specialist** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in of electricity and natural billing and utility operations, ensuring accurate processing and analyzing data, supporting the team in the development and improvement of billing processes and participate in the Product development projects.

**Responsibilities**

-   Enter and validate billing data
-   Review energy products and related system configurations
-   Manage and validate regulated charges for electricity and natural gas
-   Execute daily and monthly electricity billing processes for Low- and Medium-Voltage customers
-   Execute natural gas billing processes for Low and Medium-Pressure customers
-   Review invoices and related charges following the completion of the billing process
-   Investigate and manage billing errors
-   Support the team in projects aimed at improving billing systems and processes
-   Develop and implement strategies to improve billing accuracy and reduce errors

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics or a related field
-   At least 2 years of experience in energy billing
-   Basic knowledge of AJPSoft’s IEBS software will be considered an asset
-   Familiarity with ERP programs or billing systems will be considered an asset
-   Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel

-   Excellent communication and organizational skills
-   Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
