As part of its development **Volton** strengthens its human resources in **Athens** and seeks a **Digital Marketing Specialist.**

**Responsibilities**

-   Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns (awareness, consideration, performance) such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid channels
-   Assist in creating reports, tracking KPIs, and analyzing campaign performance
-   Collaborate with suppliers/agencies and in house Graphic Designer to produce creative materials (e.g., texts, images, videos, landing pages etc.) to support campaigns and ensure consistent branding and messaging
-   Manage the daily use of social media accounts and website
-   Coordinate the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of creative assets
-   Support TikTok campaigns by assisting with content creation, scheduling, and trend monitoring
-   Assist in identifying, vetting, and coordinating with influencers and brand partners to expand audience reach
-   Explore the use of AI-powered content tools and LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, generative AI platforms, marketing automation) to streamline content creation and personalization
-   Assist in maintaining and updating website content using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress)
-   Monitor competition - provide ideas and campaigns to stand out
-   Provide project and administrative support to the Digital Marketing Manager

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
-   2 years of experience in a similar position
-   Previous experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager
-   Creativity and experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
-   Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
-   Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements

-   Excellent communication skills, strong analytical and data-driven mindset
-   Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
-   Strong adaptability and flexibility to excel in a constantly evolving environment
