**Pay Range:** $65,000 - 85,000 + uncapped comission

**Job Summary**

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.

**What You'll Do...**

-   Identify and target new sales opportunities.
-   Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
-   Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our printing solutions.
-   Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes tailored to client needs.
-   Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure client satisfaction and quality delivery.
-   Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
-   Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
-   Other duties as assigned.

## Requirements

**What You'll Bring...**

-   Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
-   Proven experience in sales, in the printing or related industry.
-   Experience with large format printing, environmental graphics and custom signage
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
-   Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
-   Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales goals.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
