**Pay Range:** $65-85,000 + uncapped commission

**Job Summary**

As an **Sales Consultant**, you will be the **strategic owner** of client accounts, ensuring long-term success and revenue growth. You will serve as a **consultative advisor**, building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding top tier accounts through **cross-selling and upselling**. You are expected to identify **opportunities within existing accounts**, ensuring Vomela’s solutions continue to meet evolving customer needs.

**What you'll do...**

**Account Ownership & Relationship Management**

-   Serve as the **primary point of contact** for assigned, top tier client accounts, ensuring seamless transition for new logos (if applicable).
-   Build **strong, trusted relationships** with key stakeholders, acting as a strategic consultant.
-   Maintain a **deep understanding of client needs, challenges, and business objectives**.
-   Provide **proactive recommendations**, introducing new solutions that add value and drive engagement.
-   Have a deep understanding of select Vomela end-market.
-   Ensure **customer satisfaction and retention** by delivering top-notch service and innovative printing solutions.

**Sales Growth, Cross-Selling & Upselling**

-   Identify need to bring in additional Vomela expertise and specialist resources to for ongoing account expansion.
-   Identify **cross-selling and upselling opportunities** to expand account value.
-   Conduct **regular business reviews** with clients to uncover unmet needs.
-   Strategically introduce new **products, services, and solutions** that align with client goals (bringing in specialists as needed).
-   Collaborate closely with **sales, marketing, and operation teams** to optimize client offerings.
-   Negotiate **contract renewals and expansion deals**, ensuring continued success and profitability.

**Hunt for Additional Opportunities**

-   Continuously **analyze accounts for new business opportunities**, leveraging industry insights and customer feedback.
-   Identify potential **referrals, partnerships, and expansions within both new and existing accounts**.
-   Grow your portfolio by **acquiring new customers**, while serving existing business
-   Stay ahead of industry trends to **recommend innovative printing solutions** that differentiate Vomela.

## Requirements

**What you'll bring...**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Sales preferred; or equivalent experience.
-   5+ years of experience in **account management, consultative sales, or B2B client relations**.
-   Strong understanding of **large-format printing, custom graphics, and production processes** a plus.
-   Exceptional **communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills**.
-   Proven ability to **drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling**.
-   Self-motivated, with a **strategic mindset and proactive approach** to account management.
-   Proficiency in SFDC and Hubspot software for tracking leads and managing pipeline.
-   A consultative and professional approach to engaging with customers.
-   Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstance.
