**Hourly Pay Range:** $18 - $22 USD

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM **OR** 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

**What you'll do:**

-   Perform small format finishing and bindery operations, including cutting, binding, punching, saddle stitching, folding, and collating
-   Set up and operate bindery equipment to meet job specifications
-   Ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to quality standards
-   Monitor jobs for accuracy and consistency throughout production
-   Troubleshoot basic equipment or job issues as needed
-   Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
-   Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
-   Perform other duties as assigned

## Requirements

**What you'll bring:**

-   2+ years of experience in bindery and finishing operations preferred
-   Proficiency with **MBO folders** and **Challenge (or equivalent) cutters** required
-   Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
-   Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-   Effective verbal and written communication skills
-   Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
-   Willingness to learn; training available for candidates with strong work ethic, reliability, and integrity
