The role also includes providing a high degree of customer service in a fast-paced work environment. This position includes the following duties: - Conduct **Driver Assessments** to evaluate skill, safety, and readiness. - Deliver **Voyago Division Training Programs** in accordance with company standards and policies. - Facilitate **License Upgrading** programs, specifically for B Class licensing. - Lead **external instructional training sessions** as required. - Support the Transit Supervisor with **additional duties and projects** as assigned. ## Requirements **Requirements** The ideal candidate will posses the following qualifications that include, but are not limited to, the following: - **Valid B or E Class License** held for a minimum of 3 years required - **Clean Driver Abstract** with no demerit points required - **Clean Criminal Record Search with Vulnerable Sector Screening** required - Proven track record of **excellent customer service** - Strong **knowledge of Durham Region and surrounding areas** - Effective **organizational and communication skills** - **Flexible availability**, including evenings and weekends as required - Understanding of the **vehicle-for-hire industry** and relevant regulations - Familiarity with **wheelchair tie-down systems (Q’Straint and similar)** - Possess a **signing authority** ## Benefits **Benefits** At **Voyago**, we believe in creating a supportive and inclusive environment where our people can thrive.
