## Description

-   Conduct bag checks and monitor entry to ensure guest safety
-   Verify IDs and control access points as required
-   Maintain a visible and professional presence at the entrance
-   Greet guests while enforcing venue policies and safety standards
-   Monitor crowd flow and report any suspicious or disruptive behavior
-   Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents or concerns
-   Work closely with management and staff to maintain a smooth operation
-   Conduct visual inspections for prohibited items in accordance with venue policy
-   De-escalate guest conflicts while maintaining professionalism and control
-   Monitor intoxication levels and assist staff in maintaining a safe environment
-   Enforce dress code and venue rules consistently and respectfully
-   Support crowd control during peak hours, special events, and closing times
-   Complete incident reports with accuracy and detail when necessary
-   Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services if required

## Requirements

-   Previous security, nightlife, or hospitality experience preferred
-   Strong awareness, confidence, and ability to manage high-traffic environments
-   Professional demeanor with the ability to be firm and respectful
-   Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
-   Ability to stand for long periods and remain alert
-   Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
-   Strong situational awareness and quick decision-making skills
-   Comfortable enforcing rules and setting boundaries with guests
-   Availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays (required)
-   Ability to handle confrontational situations with professionalism
-   Prior experience with ID verification and bag check procedures is a plus
