**About the Role**

This is a diverse, **all-rounder** role where no two days are the same.

You'll work across customer service, internal sales, warehouse operations, and local deliveries. One minute you could be helping a customer or processing an order, the next you could be picking stock in the warehouse or making a local delivery in the company Ute.

You'll be joining a small team where **everyone helps each other out and pitches in when needed.** Hours of work: **Monday to Friday** between **7:00am – 5:00pm.**

**What You'll Do**

-   Help customers over the phone, by email, and in person
-   Prepare quotes and process orders
-   Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders
-   Assist with stock control and general warehouse duties
-   Complete local deliveries when required
-   Build good relationships with customers
-   Support the day-to-day running of the branch
-   Follow safe work practices and look out for your team

## Requirements

-   Experience in warehouse, distribution, trade sales, customer service, or logistics
-   Full Class 1 Driver Licence
-   Good communication and customer service skills
-   Ability to carry out physical warehouse work safely
-   Reliable, organised, and willing to help where needed
-   Positive attitude and strong work ethic
-   Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test
-   Fork Hoist Licence (bonus)
-   Experience with building products, aluminium, or steel products will be an advantage
-   Basic computer skills
