## Description

Join our high-performing **Stainless Steel warehouse** in Palmerston North as a Storeperson. In this hands-on role, you’ll pick, pack, and dispatch orders supporting Vulcan’s Lower North Island customer network. Expect a fast-paced environment with consistent daily workflow. **Hours:** Monday to Friday, **6:00am – 2:30pm**

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Accurately pick, pack, and despatch customer orders
-   Receive, check, and store incoming stainless-steel products
-   Operate forklifts, band saw and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
-   Maintain inventory accuracy and update warehouse systems
-   Ensure products are handled and stored correctly
-   Contribute to a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment
-   Deliver excellent service to both internal and external customers

**What You'll Bring**

-   **Previous warehouse experience**, ideally working with stainless steel or metal products.
-   **Forklift** experience (licence preferred)
-   Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
-   Good computer and warehouse management system skills.
-   A customer-focused attitude and strong work ethic.
-   The ability to work efficiently in a busy operational environment.
-   Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

-   **Currently residing in NZ or holding a valid work visa**
-   Willing to complete a **pre-employment medical and drug screen**
