**About the Role**

We’re seeking a skilled and proactive CNC laser operator to join our **afternoon shift, working Monday to Thursday, 2:00 pm to 12:00 am** (40 hours per week, full-time).

The role includes an **initial training period on day shift, Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm**, to build capability as a Laser Operator (up to 3 months). Depending on progress, the successful candidate may transition to the afternoon shift earlier.

**In this role, you will:**

-   **Program, set up, and operate CNC laser machines**
-   Monitor equipment performance and resolve operational issues
-   Ensure production quality and accuracy meet established standards
-   Complete documentation to an intermediate level of detail and accuracy
-   Work independently, managing your workload and meeting deadlines effectively

## Requirements

-   CNC laser experience
-   Overhead crane and/or forklift experience preferred (training available)
-   Full driver licence (F‑endorsement an advantage)
-   Strong health & safety focus
-   Good attention to detail and work ethic
-   Able to work unsupervised
-   Physically fit and reliable
