**About the Role**

We’re seeking a skilled and proactive laser machine operator with strong problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and a passion for precision machinery to join our Stainless Plate Team. Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm.**

_**What you’ll do:**_

-   **Program, set up, and operate CNC laser machines**
-   Monitor equipment performance and resolve operational issues
-   Ensure production quality and accuracy meet established standards
-   Complete documentation to an intermediate level of detail and accuracy
-   Keep machines clean and report any faults
-   Follow all Health & Safety rules and work safely

## Requirements

-   CNC laser experience
-   Overhead crane and/or forklift experience preferred (training available)
-   Full driver licence (F‑endorsement an advantage)
-   Good attention to detail and work ethic
-   Able to work unsupervised
-   Physically fit and reliable
-   Good mechanical skills and attention to detail
-   Able to read measurements and drawings
